She is interested in all types of cancers, particularly breast cancer and head-neck cancer. She also provides training on supportive treatments and communication in cancer.
She has authored many articles in native and foreign languages.
She is engaged in sports and music in her private life. She has also been involved in the studies and the establishment of the "Awareness Chorus" created by women living with breast cancer.
She is married with two sons.

She completed secondary and high school educations at TED Ankara College.
She graduation from School of medicine of Ankara University, she completed her specialty education and training in Medical oncology and Internal Diseases in School of Medicine, Gazi University. |

She worked in Cancer center in Arkansas/USA for one year.
She worked as a faculty member at the School of Medicine, Gazi University since 1995.
In 2011 while she was professor, and she joins the family of G¨¹ven Hospital. |
